(KRON) — A longtime Mexican restaurant in San Jose is closing after 35 years. La Grullensa is serving its final meal on Sunday, May 24, the restaurant announced in a social media post.
“With heavy hearts, we want to share that due to circumstances beyond our control, we will be closing the doors of our physical location,” La Grullensa wrote in part of an Instagram post. “This place has been so much more than a restaurant — it has been a home filled with laughter, memories, and the incredible community that all of you helped build.”
