Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Detail were asking for the public’s help Friday locating an at-risk 64-year-old man who authorities say suffers from a mental health disorder and was reported missing in Lakewood.
Darrel Felarca Carpio was last seen at approximately 4 p.m. Thursday on the 5800 block of Clark Avenue and South Street, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
Carpio is Asian, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs170 pounds, has gray hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what clothing he was last wearing. Authorities say Carpio is believed to be driving a gray 2013 Scion XB, with a Nevada license plate #753ZXV…
