Earlier this week, patrol officers were conducting proactive enforcement in the area of 1st Street and Lyon Street when they attempted to stop a vehicle that attempted to evade them, according to the SAPD.
Upon making contact with the driver, officers noticed a firearm in plain view in the backseat.
