Southwest Airlines Launches Red-Eye Flights from Key U.S. Cities in California, Arizona, Nevada

Southwest Airlines is rolling out its first-ever overnight red-eye flights, expanding its reach and convenience in a historic move.

As of this week, passengers can now fly overnight on routes including Los Angeles to Nashville, Baltimore/Washington, Phoenix to Baltimore/Washington, Las Vegas to Baltimore/Washington, and Las Vegas to Orlando. With plans to peak at 33 daily red-eye flights by June, Southwest aims to enhance connectivity, especially for transcontinental and Hawaii-bound travelers. Additionally, the airline is introducing an international partnership with Icelandair, offering new interline connections through Baltimore/Washington. Southwest plans to expand this collaboration to Nashville and Denver later this year, the company announced.
