Police on Thursday released surveillance footage of a man opening fire on two women in what they described as an unprovoked attack in a Upland parking lot.
The incident happened around 2 a.m. on April 26, when two adult women were leaving a business near Foothill Boulevard and Grove Avenue and driving through the parking lot toward the exit, according to the Upland Police Department.
That’s when an unknown man suddenly approached their vehicle, fired a gun into the air, then turned the weapon on the victims and shot multiple rounds at them…
