A man has been removed from the Fullerton police chief’s advisory council after being arrested following a profane tirade aimed at a couple playing with their dogs alongside his property.
Doug Bowen was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats after the alleged victim chose to pursue charges. The Orange County district attorney’s office is reviewing the case.
