- Long Beach, CA — August 23, 2025 — The Long Beach Fire Department responded to a massive structure fire early Friday morning after receiving reports of smoke coming from 1321 Seabright Avenue.
- The first call came in at approximately 1:17 a.m., when a reporting party alerted authorities to heavy smoke rising from the industrial building. When firefighters arrived, flames had already spread rapidly through the structure
- Multiple fire engines and ladder trucks were deployed as crews worked aggressively to contain the blaze. Aerial units poured water onto the roof while ground teams attacked the fire from the perimeter
- The cause of the fire remains under investigation
- One patient was transported in unknown condition.
