Tacos Los Cholos, an award-winning SoCal taqueria, is expanding its local footprint with a new Santa Ana location. While there has not been an official address announced yet, community pages have confirmed it will be in the city’s downtown district.
A timeline isn’t known for when the eatery will open. Recent posts by the company show kitchen equipment is being installed. Conditional Use Permit records show the business applied for approval to sell beer and wine on-site last week.
Founded in Anaheim in March 2019 by Josue Maldonado and Michael Alvarado, Tacos Los Cholos began humbly in a front yard with “no money but pockets full of dreams”.
