Storm expected with heavy rain and flooding risk
A storm is expected to impact Laguna Beach from Tuesday, February 17 through Thursday, February 19, bringing heavy winds, periods of strong rain, and possible flooding. Downtown business owners and residents are asked to install floodgates to protect their property and inventory.
Empty sandbags are available at all four fire stations. Pre-filled sandbags are available for residents on a self-serve, first-come basis, with a limit of 10 per household, at the Act V Parking Lot (1900 Laguna Canyon Rd) and the Aliso Beach East Parking Lot (31132 S.
