Retail theft suspects arrested in Santa Ana motel
Detectives linked shoplifting incidents at Crossroads Trading and ULTA in Irvine to about $3,500 in additional thefts across Orange County. Investigators located the suspects at a motel in Santa Ana and conducted surveillance.
