Ventura police arrested a 28-year-old man July 25 during a patrol of a commercial area of Ventura that has had issues with illegal camping and motorhome parking.
Officers with the Ventura Police Department were on patrol around 11 a.m. on Dupont Street, a cul-de-sac between Telephone Road and Eastman Avenue, when they contacted a man in a motorhome and discovered he had illegal drugs for sale, according to a news release.
