The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office recovered a pair of explosive devices and thwarted a potential school threat in the Orcutt area, it said on Wednesday.
According to a news release from the Sheriff’s Office, detectives working with the agency’s Behavioral Sciences Unit and Crisis Intervention Teams prevented a bomb threat to an Orcutt school by a male juvenile following a multi-day investigation.
