An edhat reader reports the southbound lanes of Highway 101 are flooded in Ventura as of 9:00 a.m. Thursday. Motorists had to drive on the shoulder of the road to get through. CHP shut down lanes and onramps near California Street to prevent vehicles from attempting to drive through the area.
