ArtWalk Ventura unveiled artistic creativity of all kinds on Saturday and Sunday.
The free Ventura event brought not only paintings, photographs and sculptures but ornaments made of bottlecaps, a papier-mâché and wire octopus named Stanlee, aerial art performers, an eclectic mix of music and a film festival.
The displays and artists were located along a route sprawling from downtown Ventura to parts of Ventura Avenue.
