Los Angeles, CA – A winter storm warning remains in effect for the mountains of Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties until 5 a.m. PDT Saturday, with up to 6 inches of additional snow expected and wind gusts reaching 50 mph.
According to the National Weather Service in Los Angeles, the storm will create hazardous travel conditions through Friday, impacting both the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes. Snowfall will make roads slippery, and strong winds could bring down tree branches, increasing the risk of power outages.
