A man from Tulare County was arrested Friday afternoon after he allegedly pointed a loaded handgun at a couple and their infant child during a road rage incident in Ventura .
According to the Ventura Police Department , it happened around 3:15 p.m. Friday when a 24-year-old man, his 25-year-old wife, and their infant child were traveling westbound on the 126 Freeway.
