The Northern Santa Barbara County Athletic Round Table (NSBCART) Monday night honored two posthumous NSBCART Hall of Fame inductees and NSBCART high school award winners at the organization’s annual Northern Santa Barbara County Round Table Hall of Fame Induction and Athlete Recognition Banquet at the Elks Lodge.
The NSBCART posthumously inducted Rod Smalley and Jim Glines into its Hall of Fame. Smalley was a highly decorated linebacker at Santa Ynez High School who went on to play for UCLA then briefly for the Jacksonville Jaguars in the NFL.
