A bicyclist has died from their injuries after being struck by a vehicle on State Street Sunday evening and the driver has been arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).
At 9:37 p.m., emergency responders arrived in the 1900 block of State Street, near Pedregosa Street, for a report of a traffic collision involving an electric bicycle rider and a black SUV.
