A box truck got stuck under the Union Pacific Railroad bridge near Los Patos Way in Santa Barbara Tuesday morning.
Around 7:30 a.m. a truck driver drove into the bridge and temporarily blocked the roadway while a tow truck responded to the scene to remove it.
The low bridge over Highway 101 exit 95, built in 1901, is notorious for getting trucks stuck. It’s 12 feet, 3 inches tall.
A tow truck freed the vehicle and cleared the roadway by 9 a.m., according to emergency dispatch reports…
