SpaceX Delays Rocket Launch Until Monday Afternoon at Vandenberg

The launch of a Falcon 9 rocket carrying an assortment of payloads from Vandenberg Space Force Base won’t occur until Monday at the earliest.

The 57-minute launch window for the Transporter-14 mission opens at 2:18 p.m. Monday, according to SpaceX.

“Due to unfavorable weather, now targeting Monday, June 23, for launch of the Transporter-14 mission from California,” SpaceX said.

While SpaceX didn’t spell out the weather worry, Santa Barbara County has seen high winds in recent days…
