“Circle of Peace” isn’t just a Ziggy Marley song or the name of his tour, which stops Saturday, June 28, at Surfer’s Point Live at the Ventura County Fairgrounds. The show is part of a weekend of music — dubbed Roots & Boots — that includes the Boots & Brews country music festival on June 29.
“Circle of Peace” is also a movement and a message for Marley.
