Adryanna Brewer, 23, graduated from the Commercial Truck Driving Program at Allan Hancock College about a year and a half ago as the only woman in her orientation group.
“I loved how convenient it was and how close it was,” Brewer said. “Before, I never knew anything about trucks … my instructor explained everything in a way I could understand. It was the perfect combination of hands-on and explanation.”
