A Santa Barbara attorney pleaded not guilty Monday morning to charges that he sexually assaulted a woman who was intoxicated and unable to resist.
Andrew Frederick Alire, 40, appeared in Santa Barbara County Superior Court, pleading not guilty to all charges and denying allegations during an arraignment hearing.
