Santa Barbara County District Attorney John Savrnoch announced Thursday that a felony complaint has been filed against Johnathan Edward Tudor, 64 of West Hollywood, for a series of scams.
Tudor was arrested on July 29th by Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Deputies for posing as a luxury car executive that scammed victims out of thousands of dollars with false promises of discounted high-end vehicles.
He now faces 44 criminal counts, including Theft from an Elder, Securities Fraud, Grand Theft, Witness Dissuasion, Money Laundering, and Forgery. Tudor is also charged with an aggravated white-collar fraud enhancement applicable to all counts…
