The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Southwestern and South-Central Santa Barbara County. This warning is in effect until 8 a.m. PDT on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
At 3:19 a.m. PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area, the NWS said.
In its bulletin, the NWS stated that expected rainfall rates were 0.2-0.4 inches per 15 minutes, with additional totals of 1-2 inches possible in the warned area. “Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly,” the agency said…
