Santa Barbara County Firefighters rescued a man found clinging to the Ellwood Pier in the ocean on Saturday.
At 12:08 p.m., crews responded to a reported ocean rescue as a reporting party stated an adult man was seen in chest-high water clinging to the pier off the Goleta shore.
