Santa Barbara County District Attorney John T. Savrnoch announced that 36-year-old Myichael Kheal Jahmyi Tyre Lennon of Lompoc was sentenced to nine years and four months in State Prison by the Honorable Judge Stephen Dunkle after being found guilty by a jury of five felony counts of theft.
Between March 15, 2025, and May 17, 2025, Lennon entered Marshalls and Walmart stores in Lompoc on five separate occasions. Each time, he stole multiple items of merchandise and left the store without paying, often exiting through a fire escape with the stolen goods.
On August 18, 2025, a Santa Barbara County jury convicted Lennon of four counts of petty theft with prior convictions and one count of second-degree commercial burglary. The jury also found true that Lennon had previously been convicted of two prior strike offenses…
