A new breakfast and lunch spot has opened in Santa Barbara.
Noe’s Café, located at 129 E Anapamu Street across from the Sunken Garden, offers fresh coffee, homemade family recipes, and a cozy diner-style atmosphere to the city’s courthouse district.
