Alternating lane closures will be in effect on the southbound ramp of Highway 101, from Evans Ave to Carpinteria Ave off-ramp, according to a revised update on the ongoing construction on the highway.
The lanes will be closed from December 15 to 18, 2025, between the hours of 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. to convert rumble strip to mumble strip to lower freeway noise.
