Reader Eric let me know that Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is coming to 7000 Hollister Avenue in Goleta, the current home of Kyle’s Kitchen which is moving across Hollister Avenue next year to a space next to Target.
Raising Cane’s is a U.S.-based fast-food chain that has built its business around a narrow menu focused almost entirely on chicken finger meals. Founded in Louisiana in 1996 by Todd Graves, the company has largely avoided the menu expansion strategies common among national chains.
