Highway 1 near Orcutt in Santa Barbara County has reopened in both directions after being closed for several days due to flooding followed by recent holiday storms.
According to Caltrans Central Coast District 5, the stretch of Highway 1 between Solomon Road and Black Road reopened at 10:05 a.m. on December 29, 2025.
