A vehicle went approximately 150 feet down an embankment along Highway 154, prompting a coordinated technical rescue operation by fire crews, Santa Barbara County Fire Captain Scott Safechuck stated.
The incident occurred around 5:10 p.m. on Tuesday, December 30, approximately a quarter-mile east of Windy Gap, according to fire responders.
