Ventura commission to consider anti-harassment ordinance for tenants

The Ventura Planning Commission will consider an ordinance on Jan. 14 to give tenant protections against harassment from property owners.

If the ordinance is ultimately approved by the City Council, residents would have the right to seek damages against landlords who intimidate or harass them.
