A trial-setting hearing in the misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter case of 81-year-old David Baskett was held Monday morning in Santa Barbara County Superior Court, following a delayed start that pushed the hearing from its 8:30 a.m. start time to shortly after 10:30 a.m.
