Drivers on Highway 101 should prepare for lane closures, nighttime noise, and reduced speeds as construction ramps up over the next two weeks across Santa Barbara, Montecito, and Padaro Lane.
The $15.8 million project will upgrade bridge rails to current safety standards and extend the lifespan of three Highway 101 bridges, plus one on State Route 110 at Avenue 60.
