Nonprofit, developer settle and large Ventura project shrinks 10%

The nonprofit organization Livable Ventura has entered into a settlement agreement with a developer of a controversial six-story mixed-use project in downtown Ventura.

The project, known as Two Eleven Thompson, at Thompson Boulevard and Figueroa Street, will have a 10% reduction in the building’s overall vertical mass, according to a press release announcing the settlement agreement.

As a result of the agreement, filed on Nov. 7, 2025, Livable Ventura has withdrawn its appeal with the State Court of Appeal, ending its legal action…
