A commercial structure fire was knocked down in Goleta early Saturday morning, February 7, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
At 7:37 a.m. crews arrived in the 100 block of Cremona Drive and discovered an active fire in a commercial building that was kept in check by a building sprinkler system.
Crews found a first-floor room on fire that had been held in place by the activation of a single sprinkler head. Firefighters fully extinguished the blaze, and knockdown was declared at 8:04 a.m…
