Flood Watch for Santa Barbara County on Feb 14
The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for the Santa Barbara County Interior Mountains starting Monday morning, February 14, through Monday evening. Heavy rain may cause flooding, rock and mud slides, and debris flows, especially near steep terrain and burn scar areas.
The watch also includes parts of Los Angeles County and Ventura County. Flash flooding and street flooding are possible in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
