After more than 13 years in the pipeline, the Carpinteria Architectural Review Board approved the final proposal for Hotel Harmony during its February 12 meeting.
The approval authorizes construction of a 72-room, two-story boutique hotel on Via Real in Carpinteria, replacing the existing church building. The board voted unanimously in favor of the development, clearing the way for construction to move forward.
