Livable Ventura has reached a legal settlement with the Daly Group regarding the proposed Two Eleven project. The project will be located at the corner of Thompson Blvd. and Figueroa St. It will be six-stories in height and will have 94-units. The project includes both affordable units and market rate units. It also provides ground floor commercial use.
