Authorities are warning parents and teens about the dangers of social media direct messages after arresting a 23-year-old Oxnard man for allegedly meeting an underage girl for sex.
Ramiro Hernandez was taken into custody by Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office detectives at his home on Feb. 26 following an investigation that began in November.
