Eight Form buys Palihouse Santa Barbara

SANTA BARBARA, California – Eight Form has acquired for approximately $20 million from an undisclosed seller the 24-key Palihouse Santa Barbara, keeping with its investment thesis to “create exponential value by aligning high-quality physical assets with the compounding power of time.”

The acquisition is part of Eight Form’s wider strategy to build a portfolio of “lifestyle-critical” real estate — ranging from boutique lodging to specialized commercial developments — that can withstand market volatility through superior design and intentional management. The hotel will continue to be flagged and managed by the Pali team.
