The Citizens for the Carpinteria Bluffs will hold their twenty-eighth annual Sunrise Ceremony on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at 7 AM in the Mishopshno Meadow of the Carpinteria Bluffs. Attendees are encouraged to arrive by 6:45 AM.
