Here is an update from reader Tom S. on Brass Bird Coffee & Kitchen coming to 3102 State Street (formerly Yanni’s Greek Deli):
Hi – just a quick note as I walk by this site almost every day. What I thought was supposed to be Teddy‘s on State looks about to open (finally!), but seems to be rebranded as Brass Bird Coffee and Kitchen. Sign is up and the parking lot is paved. Not sure on the reason for the name change but definitely seems more a morning coffee place versus an evening restaurant now.
