The program is the brainchild of Patrick Davila, a stalwart luxury hospitality veteran who has experienced fine dining at exquisite restaurants around the globe as a traveler. He is now using his worldly connections to bring a kaleidoscopic roster of talent to El Encanto’s famed hillside Dining Room and Terrace. The restaurant, helmed by Executive Chef Joel Viehland, has long been a storied spot for panoramic views and memorable bites. Viehland’s expertise in his kitchen alongside the visiting chefs creates an unmatched pair.

In January, Chef Bryan Gomez from Denver’s famous Michelin and Green star-recognized restaurant BRUTØ was in-house to serve the artistic, intellectual and “brutalist” dishes that have garnered worldwide applause.
