The Isla Vista Community Services District (IVCSD) successfully hosted Soltopia: Isla Vista’s Spring Music Festival on Saturday, April 4, welcoming over 12,000 attendees for a safe, vibrant, and community-centered event during Deltopia weekend.
Created, produced, and executed by IVCSD, Soltopia transformed one of Isla Vista’s historically high-impact weekends into an experience rooted in safety, connection, and well-being. Preliminary information indicates no overdose fatalities and single digit arrests, citations, and medical transports.
