Highway 166 Closed After Semi-Trucks Collide East of Santa Maria

Emergency personnel responded late Monday night to a collision involving two semi-trucks on Highway 166 east of Santa Maria, according to Santa Barbara County Fire Department Capt. Mike Gray.

Personnel received a crash notification from an iPhone around 9:48 p.m. in the area of Highway 166 and Pine Canyon, roughly 20 miles east of Santa Maria, according to the California Highway Patrol.
