Cumulus Media has appointed Bill Smith as VP/Market Manager of its Oxnard/Ventura cluster.
Smith joins Cumulus from American General Media where he was GM for its Bakersfield CA cluster for the past two years. He previously held roles in television as Local Sales Manager for Hearst Sacramento and Scripps Bakersfield and Director of Sales for News Press Gazette Idaho Falls ID. Earlier in his career, Smith was a Marketing Director for iHeartMedia.
