SpaceX Rocket Launch Successful on Sunday Morning

UPDATE: The SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket carrying the Starlink 17-16 mission successfully launched at 7:37 a.m. on Sunday, April 26, from Space Launch Complex 4 East at Vandenberg Space Force Base. This mission marked the 28th launch of 2026 from VSFB.

This was the 15th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched NROL-126, Transporter-12, SPHEREx, NROL-57, and now 11 Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage landed on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship, which was stationed in the Pacific Ocean.
