The Santa Barbara County Planning and Development Department is seeking public and agency input as it begins environmental review of a proposed large-scale housing development that would add 340 residential units in northern Santa Barbara County under California’s “builder’s remedy” housing law.
The project location is 1851 West Olive Ave., Lompoc.
